Nestled in the suburbs of Ft Worth, Texas, this elevated bungalow project showcases our ability to blend creativity and customization with a focus on incorporating personal artwork painted by a loved one. With a slight eclectic touch, the transformed space exudes a relaxed, modern, and cozy vibe that embodies comfortable living while celebrating the unique one of a kind moments that make this space personal.

Once an old, leaky shed with a musty and overcrowded interior, this little treasure had hidden potential beneath its dark dated interior/exterior. Built on a solid slab foundation and framed out like a house, it provided an exceptionally sturdy base for our creative vision. Amidst the height of the COVID pandemic, a family of six, including two working parents, found themselves yearning for a quiet place to relax and work, inspiring the idea to create a cozy yet bright sanctuary for unwinding after a long day.

The revitalized bungalow features warm white oak floors, one of a kind custom furniture pieces, bright white walls, and two separate lofts – one for sleeping and another designed as a chess loft for relaxation and games. An eclectic art wall adorned with personal paintings and sculptural lighting adds an interesting and whimsical touch to the space. Despite its compact size, this small but mighty haven serves as an inspiring yet restful spot on the property.
